Liberty's Restaurant
At Liberty’s the emphasis remains with providing contemporary food throughout the day. We pride ourselves in using only the freshest ingredients in a contemporary style to cater to all tastes. The restaurant is located adjacent to the Lobby on the ground floor and is designed to become part of the vibrant indoor “Piazza” atmosphere of the development.
The restaurant offers many variable options of dining, incorporating the breakfast/dining area, library and lounge, smoker's lounge, estreet bar and Piazza. Executive Chef, Simon Kemp will tantalize everyone’s taste buds with his fresh food approach. The restaurant makes it easy for our business clientele to conduct business while dining anytime of the day. Local and surrounding business clientele is encouraged to join us for lunch, our turnaround time is guaranteed.

estreet bar boasts a diverse list of South African wine, including organic wines, Potstill Brandies, Single Malt Whiskeys and cocktails. Avoid rush-hour trafficin the evening and and rather enjoy some Tapas, drinks and soothing music. The smoker's lounge can be enjoyed with the option of savouring good cigars from abroad.
In-room dining is provided for your convenience from 07:00 – 22:30. Please make your selection from the in-room menu.

Guy Charbaut Brut
Made from Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Fruity on the nose, with a refreshing crisp finish towards the end.
Veuve Cliquot
A blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Always a favorite, the appeal is primarily in the rich, creamy texture and round balance.

A full palate abundant with the tropical flavours of pineapple, pear and melon that linger with elegance.

This wine has a straw yellow colour with tinges of green, a rich fruity nose with apricot, dried peach and vanilla.
Thelema Riesling
Sweeter and richer than the usual Alsatian style, the wine has a delicious apricot and honeysuckle character, and is lush and soft on the palate.
D` Aria Blush Rose
This is a blend of the two star varieties of the Durbanville Valley. It delivers a unique wine where the typical Sauvignon Blanc flavours are complemented with fresh red berry fruits from the Merlot.

The rich, savoury character of Shiraz is enhanced by Viognier and the Mourvédre brings wild berry & spice to this blend. Earth, pepper-spice and hints of dark chocolate support the richness of ripe fruit.
Glen Carlou
Dark red with purple hue in colour. Aniseed, mulberries, dark chocolate and black currants with herbal tea notes on the nose.
Pinot Noir
Muratie
Strawberry to garnet hue, exceptional for Pinot Noir. Fresh cherries and hint of strawberry on the nose. Slight hint of French oak in the background. Wonderful balance and an elegant structure.
Signal Hill
A medium bodied classic Pinot Noir showing lovely ripe fruits, cherries and redcurrants, with definite aromas of farmyard and field mushrooms. wine with a fresh, acidity on the pallet and silky finish.

Plum and Cigar box aromatics prelude a multi-layered palate with an elegant tannin structure.
Vergelegen Mill Race Red
Attractive dark ruby. The nose shows black berries, mint, eucalyptus and vanilla flavours. The wine is soft and elegant on entry.
Pepper Pot
This wine is created to show the fresh, fruity and spice driven flavours of these Rhône varietals. The colour is youthful and purple/red.
Kanu Rockwood
A nose of dark chocolate and raspberry, complimented by the peppery, nutmeg and cinnamon notes of the Shiraz component. Soft, velvety tannins with lively fruit that ends in a long dry finish.
Rupert & Rothchild
Powerful, dense structure with aromas of blackberry, black pepper, coriander and roasted coffee bean. Lively and complex with velvety tannins and a lingering aftertaste.
Groote Post
A down to earth, easy drinking red which is soft and smooth. Merlot based, the nose has a faint touch of white pepper and spice with abundant berry and rich plum flavours on the palate.

The wine has a bright yellow gold colour. On the nose the wine shows ample typical botrytis aromas of dried apricots, honey and peach
Jordan Malifera
